This is an independently owned shop.

Yep, totally independent.  Its just me.  No employees, no help, No production people, no camera guy, just a tripod.  You can try calling the tripod "Frank", but it won't respond.  (It is just a tripod, they don't talk.)  If you start talking to the toolboxes, I might ask you to leave.  Unless the conversation is interesting.
